At Blue Spirit, your satisfaction is our priority — even after your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All components (manuals, accessories, bags) must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: For hygiene reasons, used grooming or personal care products cannot be returned.


How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@bluespirit.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 48 hours.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrived damaged, incomplete, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

  • Used or washed products

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
