Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or product launches), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, and La Poste.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package at any time via the “Track My Order” page on our website or directly on the carrier’s website.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Import duties, VAT, or customs fees are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Blue Spirit is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
